Returns policy

At Marbella De Sol, our commitment is to provide high-quality products to our valued customers. We understand that sometimes issues may arise, and we want to address your concerns. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return your items for a Store Credit as we do not offer refunds. Please note the following conditions:

  • Returns for Store Credit only: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Store Credits expire within 12 months and can be used on any item/s on our website.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition: This includes being unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from makeup and fake tan. Tags and hygiene seals must be attached.
  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • All sale items are final: Sale items are not eligible for exchange unless defective or faulty.
  • Specific items not eligible for return: We do not accept returns for earrings.
  • Hygiene requirements for clothing & swimwear: All clothing and swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Swimwear hygiene seals must remain intact for returns (unless defective).
  • Traceable delivery method recommended: We recommend using a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure safe delivery back to us. We are not liable for any loss or damage to parcels during return transit.
  • Non-compliant returns: Items that do not meet the above Conditions of Return for our change of mind policy will not be accepted, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
